The hunt is over for Dauntless developer Phoenix Labs, at least when it comes to funding. The company today is announcing it has completed a Series C funding round. While Phoenix Labs didn’t say exactly how large the investment was, co-founder and CEO Jesse Houston told GamesIndustry.biz it gives the company “a couple years of runway.”

To give an idea of what sort of runway Phoenix Labs requires, it now has 90 full-time developers in its Vancouver…

How do you improve upon the perfection that is Tetris? Bannerman Games tries to give these time-tested tetrominoes an upgrade in their new block-busting title Whirlygig, but the end result is an unadulterated mess that takes too many liberties with its source material.

Whirlygig Review

The basic premise of Whirlygig is the same as Tetris – there are falling blocks, and it is up to players to make lines to have them disappear. The standard shapes have been included, but there are some…

In-game tournaments are coming with Fortnite update 6.1. The tournaments, as confirmed by Epic Games, will be open to everyone and for players from all platforms. They will also be pit against each other, regardless of control setups or platforms, and play against each other “as equals”.

Fortnite update 6.1

Each tournament begins with a clean slate, meaning players will start from scratch and compete to earn points. As they earn points, either by placing high or getting multiple kills, players who…

Players have discovered that Blackout, Call of Duty: Black Ops 4’s battle royale mode, has an easily-exploitable feature. Using ‘gestures,’ Black Ops’ term for what we usually call emotes, players gain an unfair tactical advantage thanks to the camera pulling out to third-person, allowing them to see around obstacles and corners.

Obviously, this is pretty frustrating for players who are trying to sneak up on their opponents. And if you’re hiding behind a tree, you really…

A lot of things have changed since 2006, when George W. Bush was president, New Super Mario Bros. was actually new, and most people knew “Twitter” as just a sound that birds made. One thing that hasn’t changed, though, is the PlayStation Network ID you chose when you got a brand new PS3 that year—or any time in the past 12 years for that matter. That’s because Sony has never offered the option to change that PSN username, despite over a decade of…

There’s a phenomenon that has been spreading around the Internet. Youtube has given people the means to get all sorts of exposure and gamers are taking advantage by creating something called a “Let’s Play.” I myself only discovered these fairly recently, but they have been around for a couple of years now.

My perfect home theater system would be completely wireless. No cables or cords whatsoever. And it isn’t as far fetched as it sounds. More and more home theater systems are being built and designed to be wireless. That doesn’t just include the home theater itself. That includes other aspects of the home theater like Video games, PVRs, DVD players, video cameras and more. Pretty soon, the home theater cable connection won’t even have a cable to connect! Now how awesome is that?

One of those services is the ability to try out new games for yourself in store. The store contains many large LCD TV screens each hooked up to a gaming system. Ask to sample a new game and the associates will gladly assist you. Are you a concerned parent wishing to screen the content of your child’s desired game? Give it a spin and see if it’s something you think they should own. Are you a thrifty gamer who wants to see if they’ll really like Street Fighter 4 before throwing down the cash for its full price tag? Go a few rounds and see if it’s worth your discerning tastes. The staff is always willing to inform you about your possible choices, but nothing beats a first-hand experience with a new game.

Since its introduction into the market many Xbox 360 users have complained about the red light error in their console. In any kind of consoles, it has some inbuilt setups to caution the users about the status of the console. Likewise, Xbox has the lights around the power ring to indicate these errors and also will display the cause of failure on the screen with some error number.

Did you know? Spot it! is one of the most popular Tabletop games on the market. It has over 700 five star reviews on Amazon. Discover why everyone who plays it ends up loving it.

This famous intellectual game’s business mark has been revamped quite a few times. A design that started off with simple and thick fonts over a bright, red colored background has been recreated into wavy lines and curvy fonts that seem to give it a sense of movement. The color of the background has been deepened which makes it as perfect for PC games logo as it is for a board game.

Why should I be excited about it? If you like computers and games this is the convention for you. With some heavily modded computers on display, some awesome tournaments, and a few game announcements here and there this is a pretty awesome convention.

So, if you want to avoid getting scammed and only use the best and most used program to copy video games yourself, then it is highly recommended to use Game Copy Wizard.

Homer's Odyssey is an epic Greek poem about Odysseus' 10-year journey home after the Trojan War. Assassin's Creed Odyssey is similar to Homer's Odyssey in that it is also a tale of a Greek hero whose journey takes roughly 10 years to complete.
